Uprzejmie informujemy, że sprawy administracyjne związane z podpisywaniem indeksów i kart zaliczeniowych załatwiamy wyłącznie zbiorczo dla całych grup, a osobą upoważnioną do odbioru jest wyłącznie starosta danej grupy.
Dokumenty prosimy zostawiać do podpisu w sekretariacie kliniki wyłącznie we wtorki w godzinach 10:00-12:00, do odbioru będą w piątki w godz. 10:00-12:00.
W innych terminach przynoszone dokumenty nie będą przyjmowane ani wydawane.

Students following the administrative procedures regarding credits for the courses and wishing to submit documents may do so in the genaral office at our Department only on Tuesdays between 10:00 and 12:00 .
You will be allowed to receive back the documents only on Fridays between 10:00 and 12:00.
Only an authorized representative of the group will be allowed to leave and pick up the documents.
We will not accept documents from individual students or on different days and hours than stated above.
