2. Medical Dosage Calculations. Calculation of drug concentration in solutions: percent concentration (%,‰, mg%), molar concentration.
3. Calculation of the pH of solutions and selected aspects of drugs administration and their absorption.
4. Drugs distribution, metabolism and extraction- selected aspects (chemical point of view).
5. Calculations related to arterial blood gas test- selected aspects.

2. Acid-base properties of organic compounds.
3. Oxidation and reduction in organic compounds.

1. The levels of protein structure. Bonds and chemical interactions stabilizing the protein structure.

4. Solubility and physicochemical properties of proteins. The influence of environmental factors on the physicochemical properties of protein.
5. Functions of glycoconjugates in living matter, adhesion of pathogens, reactions in the immune system.
